Chrissy Shaver

Hello, my name is Chrissy Shaver, I received my bachelors degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Training from Grand Canyon University in 1999; have been a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer since 1995 through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

I found a love of fitness in Jr High, when I realized the importance of staying injury free in order to continue to be active. This is what I carry on to all of my young and not so young athletes. It is fun to find the inner-athlete in yourself when you think you can’t, you find that you can.

Kevin O’Driscoll

I received my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Charleston Southern University in 2011. I have been a fitness enthusiast my whole life as I played many sports growing up. I am member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) to stay current and continue learning new concepts with all things fitness related.

Before joining Positively Fitt in 2016, much of my training revolved around youth athletes. I love the competitiveness they bring to their workouts, and that is one reason I love training at Positively Fitt. Our members at Positively Fitt are constantly working hard to achieve their goals and it is a joy to be a part of. I aspire to help everyone attain his or her goals through motivation and accountability in a friendly atmosphere.
